In 2025, Saint Paul Downtown Alliance has taken great strides directly aligned with our mission of building a vibrant, economically successful, safe and attractive downtown that benefits the entire city and region. Major milestones this year included the formation of the Saint Paul Downtown Development Corporation, as well as the first year of our expanded Downtown Improvement District to provide a safer, cleaner downtown for everyone.
