Downtown Vitality Fund

This $5 million fund financially assists housing & economic development projects that positively impact downtown Saint Paul through the development of additional affordable housing units and activation of vibrant commercial spaces.

The fund is broken into two categories: Housing and Economic Development.

Commercial Corridor Organization Assistance Program

The goal of the program is to provide dollars to organizations in a simple and streamlined way to advance economic development projects and programs on key corridors in the City of Saint Paul.
