The world is your oyster. Life is about timing & chemistry, and these elements have come together for us one more time:
We're opening the club downstairs — once the secluded refuge of the Artists' Quarter, then an endeavor from the talent behind The Dakota, there is already a spirit that lingers in the room, and a we're putting in the hospitality heart. While the full jazz club won't be returning, and this is not Meritage downstairs. Something new is emerging: a 3rd space
To serve its community and now what feels like a natural extension of Meritage, a speakeasy experience will begin on Friday Nights that we'll lovingly refer to as The Pearl.
Curated vibe, global wine-by-the-glass, cocktail bar featuring a residency program of our local bar talent. Built like the bars à bocaux in France, the menu is exceedingly simple; 3 "pots" that will rotate of amazing savory flavors to spread over toasts, cheese and charcuterie boards, and Prohibition Pudding. Oh, and of course OYSTERS!
