Project River Walk Runway is a three-day live fashion residency experience bringing together designers, artists, sustainability advocates, and the Saint Paul community to transform donated textiles into original runway-ready fashion.
Hosted by Bash Allen Alexander in partnership with River Quarter Holdings, this event combines live design challenges, public studio access, fashion shows, music, cocktails, vendors, and community programming to spotlight sustainable fashion and creative economic development in the Twin Cities.
Throughout the weekend, participating designers will work behind glass in a visible studio environment while creating upcycled retail pieces, custom capsule collections, and collaborative runway looks using reclaimed materials donated by the community.
The final evening features a red carpet runway event and celebration showcasing the completed collections and the future of fashion infrastructure in Saint Paul.
Guests are encouraged to participate through ticket purchases, textile donations, raffle entries, sponsorships, and community engagement.
